December 11, 2018 The Director of the Scientific and Research Institute of the Communist Party of Ukraine took part in the finals of the national IT Prize "Digital Peaks 2018", which was attended by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin. The main feature of the Award, which has been awarded since 2016, is the opportunity to communicate directly with major customers and tell about your product. More than 200 applications were submitted in 9 nominations, which were evaluated by the leaders of domestic companies and government agencies.

Rector of RANEPA Vladimir Mau presented the mayor with an award for the Government of Moscow in the special nomination “Digital Region”. This year, the Board of Trustees of the Digital Peaks Prize, which includes representatives of the Ministry of Digital Development, the State Duma, the Skolkovo Foundation, the RANEPA and the Mail.ru Group, decided to mark Moscow for the active development and implementation of IT solutions for managing the city.

“In fact, there are no vertices of digitalization. There is a process - you move either quickly or slowly. Probably there is some kind of peak, but we will never see it: the world is constantly changing. One example would seem simple - in health care we introduced electronic maps, but by developing this system, collecting and processing large amounts of data, we can confidently say that after some time we will know the trajectory of our health - and this breakthrough. I am sure that in many industries Moscow will be the leader among all the smart cities in the world, ”said Sergei Sobyanin.

Every hour Muscovites order 30 thousand electronic services. 16 thousand times looking through the electronic diary and journal. 13 thousand times are recorded by a doctor with the help of the Unified Medical Information and Analytical System, 83 problems are solved on the Our City portal, they make electronic payments for 1.5 million rubles.

Muscovites are also active users of electronic services of federal authorities. So, personal accounts on nalog.ru registered 1.6 million personal accounts of Muscovites. With the help of the personal account of the taxpayer of physical persons for the six months of the company for the payment of property taxes, Muscovites transferred to the budget 12.8 billion rubles, which is 18% of all payments in the country.

This year, more than 200 applications were submitted for the Digital Peaks Prize. The awards were awarded on the basis of face-to-face presentations of the finalists included in the short list in each nomination.

“The best project management system” - in evaluating projects, the focus was on both technical capabilities and the ease of use of the project management system. The winner of the nomination was the “Foresight software and methodology complex”.

“The best system for financial management and financial reporting” - personal finance managers were evaluated, tools for preparing and submitting financial statements, mobile applications for banks and everything related to money in one way or another. In this nomination won "FinGrad - Management Accounting."

“The best electronic document management system” - in the nomination both classic document management systems and office packages, as well as narrowly focused tools that make it easier to work with documents, were meant. In this nomination, the winner was "Kontur.Diyad".

“The best solution for enhancing information security” is a nomination for developers of antiviruses, data protection tools, corporate information security systems, password management applications, and so on. First place in the nomination was taken by “KIB SearchInform ProfileCenter”.

“The best mobile application for a manager” —categories of mobile applications for iOS and Android, which are designed to increase the personal effectiveness of a manager. The winner of the nomination was "YCLIENTS".

“The best solution for ensuring business communication” is a nomination about the technical organization of working communication of the participants of one team with each other. We selected corporate messengers, project management systems with rich communication capabilities, and so on. The winner in the nomination was chosen "Pyrus".

Nomination of student work "Forward to the heights!" - A special nomination created in partnership with Mail.RU. Considered projects created by youth teams, which include students of higher and secondary educational institutions and high school students. In the nomination won «M4M».

Also for the first time, Moscow put forward two special nominations.

In the nomination “The best solution for a smart city”, they chose solutions that help manage the city infrastructure, control and optimize the use of resources, improve the safety and comfort of the urban environment, personalize the city to the needs of Muscovites, and simplify the interaction between the city and its residents. Moscow chose the "Regional navigation information system of the Tyumen region (RNIS TO)".

“The Best UrbanTech - Startup” is a special nomination from the ICT.Moscow platform for IT business in Moscow for urban startups that have existed for more than two years and have a working prototype product. The best startup was “Parkomatika”.

The award was organized by the RANEPA, the Moscow Department of Information Technology and the Digital Vertices Agency. The competition was held with the support of the Skolkovo Foundation and the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of the city of Moscow. The awards were sponsored by Mail.Ru Group, Sberbank and 1C Company.
