The article by the leading expert of the Control Department of the President of the Russian Federation, NII KPU expert Sergey Lutsenko "Digital Economy: Success and Miscalculations" in the journal "Strategies of Russia" (No. 10, 2018) is commended by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

The digital economy in Russia, according to the author, is no longer exotic. Some regions have already adopted programs that allow the use of modern information technologies for an economic breakthrough. Moreover, a number of regions identified reference points of growth in such programs of the digital economy, denoting priority sectors that will allow competing not only at the level of the Russian Federation, but also in the international arena.
